Intro

Thank you for stopping by! For those of you new to Felicia Clark Design, thank you so much for stopping in to take a peek. After almost 3 decades of doing what I love and growing in the skill at what I love, I am happy to be able to get back to doing what I love which is design and color. I started out as an interior designer working at a local architectural firm here in Los Angeles in my early 20’s. And although I was excited to work on amazing commercial projects, something was missing.

I realized that I wanted more of an organic creative process. After getting my foot in the door at a very renowned tile company, I quickly learned that I actually loved tile, a whole lot! I had come to love whole entire process of making tile and designing tile. I have had some amazing mentors over the years teach me all the ins and outs and fed off their passion. I have had the privilege of traveling all over the world sourcing and designing ceramic, porcelain and stone tile products… something that has become a part of who I am.

Fast forward … a huge part of being a tile buyer and designer is understanding color and the role it plays in everday life. The roll it can play in moods, culture, lifestyle and of course trends. As much as you see fun color on this site, my job was and is to curate the right color palettes for the right moment. The color combinations are endless and ever changing. I love a classic color palette for everyday. That is my go to, but then adding a nice pop of color here and there.
